Looking for a fun activity for your kiddos for Spring Break? interACT Performance Academy has you covered! Registration is now open for their 2021 Spring Break Workshops.
The academy is offering a Spring Break Acting Workshop for elementary, middle, and high school students as well as a Spring Break Tech Design Workshop for Grades 5th - 8th. The Spring Break Workshops are only $25 per student and are designed to challenge the actor to use the three (3) tools that are always available: the mind, body and voice.
So put your actor tools to work in one of our 2-hour classes on Thursday, April 1st:
Elementary Acting (1st-4th grade) 9:00-11:00am
Middle School Acting (5th-8th grade) 12:00-2:00pm
Middle School Tech Design (5th-8th grade) 2:30-4:30pm
High School Acting (9th-12th grade) 2:30-4:30pm

The mission of interACT Performance Academy is to create a supporting learning environment in which all students pre-K through 12th grade can feel the freedom to create, learn, and interact through performing arts.
The academy holds four different 6-week sessions throughout the year (Aug/Sept, Oct-Dec, Jan-Mar, Mar-May). Each session centers around a different focus to continue your learning for every age/class level. School break workshops and a 2-week musical theatre camp are also offered.

"We are already planning next year to move toward semester-long classes for students who want to dive deeper into their theatre training, while offering 4-week trial classes for those who want to see if theatre may be for them. Classes take place in the fellowship hall and/or classrooms throughout the building at Faithpoint Church located off Highway 150 in Floyds Knobs.
