A Big Thank You to Walgreens!

April 8, 2020

As the mom of a toddler with asthma, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that Walgreens has remained open during the current health crisis. My local Walgreens is less than 2 miles from my home and offers 24-hour pharmacy services and a convenient prescription drive-thru. This means that I have access to life-saving medicine any time we need it. It also means I can safely take the girls with me to pick up prescriptions when my husband is working.

My family is thankful for our Walgreens pharmacists for making it easy to get our prescriptions and over the counter medications. We are thankful for the warehouse employees and delivery drivers that keep Walgreens' shelves stocked full of essential supplies. We are also thankful for the cashiers and all staff members that greet us with smiles and assist us with all of our shopping needs!

My family wanted to thank our community Walgreens and its many team members in a special way. We created and colored fun thank you cards to show our appreciation. We originally wanted to hand deliver our cards, but decided it would be best (and safer) to mail them instead.

You can print your own thank you color sheet HERE to send to your local Wagreens!

My Walgreens is located at 2811 Holmans Lane in Jeffersonville. You can find your closest Walgreens location by clicking HERE.
