Summer Reading Club and More at the Jeffersonville Library

Join the Jeffersonville Township Public Library this summer for “A Universe of Stories.”  This is an all age summer learning/fun program. Tap into all the wonder of the galaxy with projects, games, books, and STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, art, and math) programs.  The Summer Reading Club will begin on May 20th and end on August 3rd.  Join the Summer Reading Club online at http://jefflibrary.beanstack.org.

The Greater Clark County School Mobile Food Truck will begin on June 3rd and end on July 26.  The lunch truck will be at the main location of the JTPL on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at noon and it will leave at 12:30 p.m. and on Thursdays and Fridays at 11:00 a.m. and it will leave at 11:30 a.m.  This lunch program is free to children 0 to 18 years of age.  Lunch must be eaten at the library, no take out.

This year the library will offer the FREE Cultural Pass to Clark County residents.  Families can Learn, Play, Explore all summer long with this pass.  The Cultural Pass provides free access to many of the art and cultural institutions in the Kentucky/Indiana area.  Passes will be handed out beginning June 1 and the program will end on August 10.

Other programs offered in June will be ScienceTellers, Pretty Funny Balloons, Build Your Own Robot, Space Camp, storytimes, Princess Party, Space Bingo, Kitchen Ninjas, Dungeon and Dragons, Anime, Game Days, and more!
